How do I create a backup?
Section titled “How do I create a backup?”-
Run
/backup create. The bot messages you a backup id. -
In the server you want to restore, run
/backup load backup_id:followed by that id.
You can only load backups you created.
How do I use or create a template?
Section titled “How do I use or create a template?”Find one in the template gallery, open it, and follow the instructions on its page. Most templates work for a new server and for an existing one.
To create a template, sign in and submit it at /templates/submit. The full steps are in Creating a template.
Why does my backup say it doesn’t exist?
Section titled “Why does my backup say it doesn’t exist?”Usually it was made on a different account, or the id was copied wrong.
Backups belong to the account that created them and can’t be transferred. That stops anyone from using a backup to copy a server they never had access to.
If it’s your account, double check the id, particularly l (lowercase L) against 1 (the number one). Copy and paste it where you can.
I got an error. What do I do?
Section titled “I got an error. What do I do?”Read the error message first. It says what went wrong and what to do next, so most errors answer themselves.
If it says you’ve reached a limit, like the 48-hour role limit, that limit is Discord’s and we can’t lift it. Wait for it to pass, or do what the message suggests.
If the message doesn’t tell you enough, bring it to our Discord server along with what you were doing at the time.
Is there a template for my kind of server?

Which bot do I use for Xenon Premium?
Section titled “Which bot do I use for Xenon Premium?”Once you’ve bought it, billing shows which bot your account uses.
Xenon Premium is moving onto the main Xenon bot. Some accounts already get Premium there, and the rest still use the separate Premium Bot for now. If you add the wrong bot, it tells you and links the right one.
I bought Xenon Premium but didn’t get a role. What do I do?
Section titled “I bought Xenon Premium but didn’t get a role. What do I do?”If you subscribed through Patreon, connect your Discord account to Patreon in its app settings. If it’s already connected, disconnect it and connect it again.
