How do I create a backup?
Section titled “How do I create a backup?”-
Run
/backup create. The bot messages you a backup id. -
Run
/backup load backup_id:followed by that id, in the server you want to restore.
Remember, you can only load backups you created.
How can I load / create a template?
Section titled “How can I load / create a template?”You can find templates in the template gallery, then open the one you want and follow the instructions on its page.
To create a template, first sign in, then submit it at /templates/submit. You can find out more detailed steps here.
My backup is not working, it says it doesn’t exist!
Section titled “My backup is not working, it says it doesn’t exist!”Make sure you made it on your current account, because backups belong to the account that created them and cannot be transferred. That restriction is deliberate, and exists to stop a backup being used to copy a server its creator never had access to.
It is also common to copy the backup id slightly wrong, so double check it, particularly l (lowercase L) against 1 (the number one). Copy and paste it where you can.
I got an error, what do I do?
Section titled “I got an error, what do I do?”Read the error message first. It is written to say what went wrong and what to do about it, and most of them answer themselves.
If it says you have reached a limit, such as the 48 hour role limit, that limit is Discord’s rather than ours and we cannot lift it. Wait for it to expire, or do what the message suggests.
If the message does not tell you enough, bring it to the Discord server with what you were doing at the time.

I bought Xenon Premium, but I did not get a role?
Section titled “I bought Xenon Premium, but I did not get a role?”If you have subscribed through Patreon you need to connect your Discord account to Patreon in the settings tab. If you already connected it, try to disconnect and reconnect it.
