Xenon documentation

Xenon gives you access to thousands of free server templates for a new or existing Discord server. Members of the community create and share them.

Xenon also backs up your Discord server, so you can restore it or copy it to another server. A backup holds channels, roles, and server settings. With premium it also holds messages, bans, nicknames, and role assignments.

Not playing? Watch it on YouTube.

A backup saves your server so you can restore it or duplicate it. Backups belong to the account that created them, not to a server. That means you can load one onto a different server to move or duplicate it.

Every backup has a unique id, like p9b3neiq8i4olu56. The bot gives it to you when it creates the backup. You need the id to load the backup or look up its details.

Xenon gives you access to thousands of free templates. Unlike backups, templates are public and anyone can use them.

Like a backup, each template has a unique name. The template’s creator chooses that name, where a backup’s id comes from the bot.

Anyone can create a template. If you have a server setup you want to share, feel free to make it one.

Xenon is used entirely through slash commands. Type / in any channel Xenon can see and pick a command from the list. This works on desktop, web, and mobile. Every command in these docs is written the way you type it, such as /backup create.

If the slash commands don’t show up, make sure you invited Xenon with this link.

Also turn on this setting in your Discord settings:
