Audit log
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Xenon keeps its own record of what it was asked to do on your server, separate from Discord’s audit log. Discord’s log shows what changed. Xenon’s shows who ran the command that changed it.
That matters most after a load. Discord’s audit log credits every new channel and role to Xenon. Xenon’s log shows which member started the load.
Entries are kept for 365 days and then removed.

What gets recorded
Section titled “What gets recorded”Every entry names the member who ran the command and when they ran it. These actions are recorded:
- Creating a backup of this server, loading one onto it, and turning a backup interval on or off for it.
- Applying a template, copying this server, and pasting a copy onto it.
- Creating a chatlog of a channel and loading one into a channel, with the channel named.
- Creating a message, ban, or role sync, with what it links and the sync id, and deleting a sync by id.
An action that involves another server shows up in that server’s log too. A sync appears in the log of both servers it links. Loading a backup or chatlog onto a different server also appears in the log of the server it was taken from.
