Report something

Use this page to report content or behavior on Xenon. You do not need an account. Pick the category that fits: it decides who reads the report.

This is for Xenon itself: the template gallery, the bot, your account and our support server. We cannot see or act on what happens in other Discord servers or in direct messages. Discord's Trust & Safety team handles those.

The page fills in an email and opens it in your mail app when you send it. It submits nothing on its own and stores nothing.

What are you reporting?

Illegal contentA template, description or profile that breaks the law rather than only our rules, for example content involving minors, hate speech, or something that facilitates a crime.Content that breaks the rulesLegal, but not something we host: spam listings, adult content, or a template that impersonates someone.A listing that is not what it says it isThe description promises channels or roles the template does not contain, it claims a tag or a category it does not fit, or the preview does not match what you get when you load it.Someone's behaviorHarassment, threats, scams or impersonation by a person, in our support server or through their Xenon account. Both are optional. We can only tell you what came of a report if we can reach you, but a report about content involving minors never needs a name attached to it.

What happens next

You get confirmation that the report arrived, and a decision once one is made. If we take a listing down, its owner is told why and can reply, the same as when our automated review refuses a submission.

Every template is checked automatically before it appears in the gallery, so some of what you might report never gets published at all. Reports are how the rest is found.
