Keep It Objective, Not Personal Stick to facts and avoid emotional language. Feedback should be based on observed behaviors or gameplay, not **assumptions**. 3. Encourage Self-Reflection and Personal Growth Everyone should take time to reflect on their own performance and be open to suggestions. Use feedback as an opportunity to consider areas of improvement and ask questions if clarification is needed. 4. Offer Solutions, Not Just Problems When highlighting a mistake or issue, try to suggest a solution or invite others to brainstorm ways to improve. This turns feedback into an actionable discussion rather than just useless gossip. 5. Be Open to Receiving Feedback Feedback is a two-way street.
