This can be an agreement between Staff and the Group of weapon dealers of the organization and may include an agreement that may take up to a few real-life days before arriving in the state. - One option is to use the Black Market Supplier for your organization, but it should only be given to people in the staff position of the server you are part of. - The other option is to make this server a "community server" and get a channel that connects to a staff channel in their central server that only the selected Black Market Dealer or someone in high standing within the staff team can take care of. Should the server owner not like this idea or simply use it for servers with only Vmenu, do feel free to delete this channel along with the Black Market Supplier.
